I replace satisfactory marketing with systems that actually scale.

One operator. AI-driven infrastructure. Results that make headcount look like overhead.

Most companies build marketing the same way: hire people, stack tools, bolt on an agency, and hope it all holds together.

It usually doesn't.

I build AI-driven marketing systems that replace that patchwork with something that actually works. Faster to stand up, cheaper to run, and built to scale without scaling headcount.

I've done it for B2B companies and consumer platforms, as a first hire and as a solo founder. The playbook works because the systems do the heavy lifting.

A client needed a complete marketing operations platform. They were running campaigns across disconnected tools, managing contacts in spreadsheets, and had no unified analytics. The typical solution would be a 6-month implementation with an agency or a patchwork of SaaS subscriptions requiring a dedicated operator.

I built the entire platform from scratch in 45 days.

Campaign management, CRM, content engine, email marketing, SEO analytics, social account management, and a full reporting dashboard. All integrated, all operational, all managed from a single interface.

The platform is live and running their marketing today. What previously required multiple tools and multiple people now runs through one system with one operator.

Stack: Supabase, Vercel, custom AI integrations Timeline: 45 days from start to production

Joined a B2B technology services company as the first marketing hire. No existing growth infrastructure, no playbooks, no pipeline. Built everything from scratch.

Over four years, I owned the full funnel: inbound content, outbound sequences, paid digital, and product-led expansion motions. I redesigned packaging and upsell playbooks, doubling average customer value. I launched a new product vertical that grew to 40% of total revenue within three years.

I also built the company's acquisition program from zero. Sourced 100+ targets, closed 5 acquisitions, and led post-merger integration preserving 95% revenue retention across every deal.

On the systems side, I designed and deployed AI-driven automation across content production, CRM workflows, reporting, and outbound, eliminating 20+ hours/week of manual execution and enabling 3x revenue growth without proportional headcount increase.

The result: 10x revenue growth, significant increase in enterprise valuation, and a marketing operation that runs on systems, not headcount.

I built a consumer gaming platform as a solo founder from idea to exit over five years.

Launched the MVP in two weeks. It hit the Reddit front page within 12 hours and scaled to 100K+ daily views at peak. The platform grew to 15M+ total visitors and 500K+ registered users through entirely organic and community-driven distribution. Zero paid acquisition, ever.

The platform earned major press coverage including Forbes, IGN, and Daily Mail, all inbound, none pitched. It generated six-figure revenue as a one-person operation before I completed a successful exit.

This project taught me that the best growth isn't bought, it's built. By making something people genuinely want to share.

Max Pierce, marketing systems operator

I've spent the last seven years building growth systems, sometimes for companies, sometimes for myself. I've been a first marketing hire, a solo founder, and everything in between.

I moved to the Pacific Northwest because I wanted to live somewhere that matched how I think. Quiet, intentional, and close to things worth exploring. When I'm not building marketing systems, I'm usually training for a summit, driving my cars, or trying to keep a fish on the line.

I don't do agencies, retainers, or 12-month contracts. I come in, build the system, make sure it works, and hand you something that runs.

If that sounds like what you need, let's talk.

Let's talk.
