How much does this cost?
It depends on scope. Pricing is highly variable and tied to complexity, integrations, and how much we're building from scratch versus connecting to what you already have. Discovery calls are free, and after we understand what you're trying to build, you'll get a written proposal with a fixed price.
How long does it take?
AI receptionists ship in 1–2 weeks. Workflow automations in 2–4. Custom apps in 4–8. We commit to a timeline before we start, and we hit it.
What if it breaks after launch? Who supports it?
We do. Most clients keep us on for maintenance, monitoring, security updates, and feature additions. We're your long-term software team. The difference from SaaS: you own the code outright. You can leave anytime, and any qualified developer can pick it up because everything is documented and cleanly architected.
What if I don't know what to automate yet?
That's exactly what the discovery call is for. We dig into your operations and tell you the 2–3 things worth automating first. Most owners are surprised by where the leverage actually is.
How involved do I need to be during the build?
